Hiretech Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Hiretech is a technology-focused human capital management solution and tax incentive firm that provides software and services to help companies save time, save money, and reduce risk.

On December 2019 a former employee wrote "Poor Management and Salary" in a review for Indeed about working at Hiretech: They do not compensate you for the work being done. I was there a couple of years and feel like when I moved on, I was not prepared for a "Real" work environment. Very petty place to work.

Former Employee - Sales says

"Leadership and management is like a good ol’ boys club. No room to succeed. No place to share ideas. CEO openly curses people out. They hire people to sit in open desks to make the place look full when potential clients come to visit, very deceitful to get clients. Pressures you to bash the competition on social media platforms. Very low level of honesty and ethics. Worst place I have ever worked."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"no clue half the time on what anyone is suppose to be doing. minimal type of management involved. if so, management consistently berates employees instead of talking with them. toxic and stressful environment to work in."

says

"Management is terrible. There is constant turnover which causes work loads to be overwhelmed. The company treats their employees as if they are disposable. When you put in your two weeks notice, 9 times out of 10, they will tell you your employment is terminated as of that day."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Everything is bad and expect to be lied to from the start. They will do everything to over work and under pay their employees. They will cheat their employee like mandatory volunteer work for the company; and there is more, I just do not have enough time or space to list all of it."

says

"Lack of leadership. Lack of management. They nickel and dime their remote employees (don't pay for gas, don't pay for phone, don't pay for internet, etc.)"

Former Employee - Territory Relationship Manager says

"ZERO organization and communication. They don't know how to treat employees or manage an outside sales team. I was fired after attending training as I landed. Wasn't given a reason, nor did I do anything to warrant a termination."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Constantly shifting requirements, a lack of documentation and leadership more worried about their ego than anything else made producing quality work all but impossible."

Manager says

"No communication ; terrible benefits; less than competitive pay"

Manager, Government Accounts (Former Employee) says

"There is a very clear line drawn at Hiretech between those "in" and those "out." If mgmt likes you, you're golden. If not, watch out. There is very little foresight and a tendency to make kneejerk reactions and repeatedly blow things out of proportion. Management lacks necessary people skills to create loyalty."

Sales (Former Employee) says

"Pros: Casual dress code fun parties building perks: gym, starbucks, cafe, never walk outside parking garage cons: limited on the job training easy to be fired, constant turnover in all departments no 401k HR director and CEO are married no vertical job growth"

Client Relations Specialist (Former Employee) says

"They do not compensate you for the work being done. I was there a couple of years and feel like when I moved on, I was not prepared for a "Real" work environment. Very petty place to work.Easy work, laid backManagement, Salary, No 401k"

Packer/Hi-lo driver (Former Employee) says

"Fair work environment. Fast pace work. Supervisors need to be on the same page as the next. When a workers direct supervisor makes a decision it should not be able to be over written by another."

Business Development Manager (Current Employee) says

"Enjoyable workplace, Not a lot of moving up, but the employess there make it a fun a productive work area. Management is okay and you can learn a lot."

Operations Specialist (Former Employee) says
